The counter can accurately identify the situation of continuous cement bags according to the time it takes for the cement bag to pass the sensor, the length of the cement bag and the belt speed, fully ensuring the accuracy of the loader, eliminating underloading or overloading, eliminating the work of manual bag counting, and fully improving loading efficiency and loading accuracy.
The loader has highly automated operation capabilities, can accurately locate the cargo position through the intelligent control system, and supports linkage with conveyor lines, robotic arms, forklifts and other equipment to achieve a “one-click” loading process.
