Work flow:
During the production process, cartons or packaging materials are conveyed to the carton sorting system through a conveyor, and the sorting system arranges the cartons in a certain order. After sorting is completed, the gripper clamps the entire layer of cartons into the gripper, and the single column lifts the gripper and moves horizontally to place the entire layer of cartons on the pallet; repeat the above actions until the entire pallet is stacked.

High-speed fully automatic single-column palletizer stacker is mainly used to automatically palletize various cartons and PE film shrink packaging boxes according to the palletizing mode set by the program until the palletized finished products are stacked layer by layer on the pallet.

This series of palletizers can independently complete continuous automatic operations such as product feeding, group sorting, empty pallet feeding, whole-layer palletizing and full pallet discharging.
