The unit consists of the ration automatic packing scale and the selecting and matching parts: elevator, conveyor and the hemming
machine.It uses gravity feed, feed transmission device is suitable for powdery granular mixture, irregular sheet and block
materials, poor fluidity of the material design. The main components are: storage hopper, feeder, weighing clamping box, computer
box, computer control, pneumatic actuator.
When the particle packaging machine enters the automatic operation state, the weighing control system opens the feeding door to start feeding. The feeding device is a fast and slow feeding mode. When the material weight reaches the set value of fast feeding, the fast feeding is stopped and the slow feeding is maintained. When the material weight reaches the set value, the feeding door is closed to complete the dynamic weighing process. At this time, the system detects whether the bag clamping device is in When the bag has been clamped, the system will send a control signal to open the unloading door of the weighing bucket, and the material will enter the bag. After the material is put out, the unloading door of the weighing bucket will be closed automatically; after the material is unloaded, the bag clamping device will be released and the bag will fall down automatically; after the bag is dropped, the bag will be sewn and transported to the next station. In this way, it operates automatically.
