Single Column Palletizer
The single-column robot palletizer represents the simplest and most compact model.
The single-column robot palletizer can handle bags containing stable, aerated or powdery products, permitting partial overlapping of the bags in the layer along both the top and sides, offering flexible format changes. Its extreme simplicity makes it possible to palletize even on pallets sitting directly on the floor.

Bag Kicker

Bag kickers are belt conveyors designed to automatically “kick” a bag from an upright position to a horizontal bottom-first position at 90 degrees from the bag filler.
Bag kickers are adjustable to work with bags of various shapes and sizes and are typically positioned after the bag filler and before a bag flattener.
The kicker requires 2m additional of conveyor length.

Bag Turner

Bag turner conveyors knock down and correct the orientation of filled open mouth bags and valve bags as they are conveyed from a closing conveyor in an upright position to downstream conveyors in a horizontal position.

The knock down or turning arms can be adjusted to accommodate many different sizes of bags.

Incline Conveyor

Bag incline conveyors provide a way to transfer and elevate filled bags from a bag filling machine or closing conveyor up to a gravity roller conveyor where they move to a palletizing station.

Bag Flattner

Bag flattener conveyors remove excess air from filled bags to increase uniformity in bag size and shape. This improves the appearance and stability of a loaded shipping pallet and also makes it less likely for the bags to shift during transport on the pallet. Quickly and easily adjust the flattener for various bag thicknesses.

Pick Roller Conveyor

Pick conveyors are used at the end of an automated bagging system where a robotic palletizer lifts or picks up a filled bag up and uniformly stacks it on a prepared and positioned shipping pallet

Pallet Dispenser

Pallet dispenser conveyors typically store up to some empty pallets and dispenses them upon request into a robotic palletizing station.
Pallet dispenser conveyors include a pneumatic arm or plate that squares an empty pallet up and pushes it into position.

Q2: How to choose suitable packaging machine?
A2: Need to provide your material pictures and requirements, such as packaging speed, packaging weight, bag type and bag size.
Q3: How to ensure the quality of the machine?
A3: We usually delivery the machine after successful inspection in our factory. We have our own quality control department,beforethe delivery we have to running the machine for three days without problem. You can send us your materials and we will make video as long as you want. Or you can arrange a third-party inspection agency.
Q4: How to install the equipment?
A4: We will provide manuals and detailed videos to help customer install machine.
